Turf and plant health, managed like the asset it is.

A green, weed-free lawn and healthy trees and shrubs are not luck; they are the result of a program. Our environmental division runs timed, certified turf-care, tree-and-shrub-care, and targeted treatment programs for commercial properties across metro Atlanta, built on the simple idea that healthy plants prevent problems better than any spray can cure them.

Health, then treatment

The best treatment is the one you never need.

Weeds, disease, and insects mostly move in where turf and plants are already stressed. So our programs put the health first: the right feeding, the right timing, and certified, documented applications, so problems are prevented rather than chased. When a problem does appear, we diagnose it and get your sign-off before we treat.

  • Health first Healthy turf and healthy plants are the best defense against weeds, disease, and insects. Our programs build that resilience before they reach for a treatment.
  • Certified applicators Georgia Certified Pesticide Applicators and a Certified Plant Professional keep every application correct, legal, and documented.
  • Approval first If an unexpected problem needs treatment, we diagnose it, explain the fix and its cost, and get your approval before anything is applied. No surprise line items.
  • Integrated approach Integrated pest management means we treat the cause, not just the symptom, using cultural, mechanical, and chemical tools in the right measure.

The programs

Three programs, one responsible team.

Each program targets a different part of your landscape. Run them together for full coverage, or start with the one your property needs most; we will tell you honestly which that is.

  • Lawn Care Program →

A multi-round, season-long fertilization and weed-control program that keeps turf lush and healthy and heads off weeds, disease, and insect pressure before they take hold.

  • Tree & Shrub Care →

A timed program of applications through the year that protects your woody plants and ornamentals from the insects and diseases most common to the region.

  • Special Services →

Targeted treatments for specific problems: fire ants, insect and disease outbreaks, kudzu and poison ivy, and fescue aeration and overseeding, requested as you need them.

Integrated pest management

Treat the cause, use the least that works.

Integrated pest management is the discipline behind every program: identify what is really going on, strengthen the landscape so it resists trouble, and apply the least intervention that actually solves the problem. It keeps applications correct and documented, protects the property and the people on it, and respects the environment we all share.

Good questions

Questions property managers ask.

What is integrated pest management, in plain terms?

It means solving a pest or disease problem by understanding what is actually causing it, not just spraying at the first sign of trouble. Healthy, well-fed turf and plants resist problems on their own, so our programs build that health first and treat deliberately, with the least intervention that actually works. It is better for the landscape, the budget, and the environment.

Do you treat before you have my approval?

For the scheduled rounds of a program, the plan is agreed up front. If we find an unexpected problem outside the program, such as a disease outbreak or a grub infestation, we diagnose it, tell you the corrective action and its cost, and wait for your approval before we treat. You are never billed for a surprise application.

Which program does my property need?

Most commercial properties benefit from the Lawn Care Program for turf and the Tree & Shrub Care program for woody plants, with Special Services added for specific issues like fire ants. We will look at your property and recommend the combination that fits it, rather than selling you every program by default.

Can environmental services be added to a management program?

Yes. These programs layer directly onto a landscape management program, delivered by the same firm that maintains your grounds, so the turf and plant health work stays in step with the mowing, pruning, and color care.
